Simple and delicious!
Serves: 4, Prep Time: 5 minutes, Total Time: 10 minutes.
Ingredients
½ cup oatmeal
2 eggs
1 banana
½ tsp. vanilla
Pinch of cinnamon
Directions
These are quick, easy, and yummy. Put all ingredients into your blender and blend well for 15-20 seconds.
Cook your pancakes on a griddle heated to medium-high, cooking from about 2-3 minutes on each side.
Chef's Tip: Blend the oatmeal beforehand to create a smoother consistency. Additions for fall time: Add ½ cup pumpkin puree and a dash of nutmeg.
