Apple Pie Overnight Oats

The perfect cozy breakfast!
















Serves: 2, Prep Time: 5 minutes, Total Time: 10 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free oats

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 1 tbsp. raw honey

  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds

  • 3 tbsp. apples (chopped)

  • Cinnamon (optional)


Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except for 1 tbsp. of chopped apple.

  2. Store in a container and refrigerate overnight.

  3. Garish with 1 tbsp chopped apple, more honey, and a spoonful of cinnamon.
