Serves: 4, Prep Time: 10 minutes, Total Time: 25 minutes.
Ingredients
1 head cauliflower
2 tbsp. ghee
1 tbsp. rosemary
2 cloves of garlic
Directions
Boil water. Cut up the cauliflower into small pieces.
Boil cauliflower for about 10 minutes. Drain.
Put cauliflower in a blender with the rest of ingredients and blend.
