Healthy and quick juice recipe to start your day!
Serves: 2, Prep Time: 5 minutes, Total Time: 10 minutes.
Ingredients
1 cup spinach or kale
2 celery sticks
½ large cucumber
1 apple, cored
1 handful parsley
¼ lime
¼ lemon
Directions
Wash all produce well.
Prepare produce by cutting into pieces, small enough to fit in the top of the juicer.
Add one ingredient to the juicer at a time, beginning with the leafy greens.
Pour all the juice into a glass and drink immediately, or refrigerate in a well concealed container.
