A simple and healthy version of your favorite apple crisp!
Serves: 4, Prep Time: 10 minutes, Total Time: 40 minutes.
Ingredients
4-5 apples (sliced & cored with skins on)
3 tbsp. coconut butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup pecans
Directions
Core and slice apples (keep skin on). Place apples in a baking dish.
Melt coconut butter. Add coconut butter and vanilla onto apples.
Sprinkle cinnamon. Sprinkle with the pecans.
Bake in the oven at 350°F for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
