Hemp and Vanilla Breakfast Smoothie

Delicious and packed with nutrients!


















Serves: 4, Prep Time: 5 minutes, Total Time: 8 minutes.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup frozen cauliflower

  • ½ cup of coconut milk

  • 1 cup filtered water

  • 2 tbsp. hemp powder

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • ½ tsp. cinnamon


Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients and enjoy!


Chef's Tip: Optional ingredients: almond butter, 1 apple, and/or honey to taste
