Instant Pot Fajita Beef

The instant pot version.

Serves: 4, Prep Time: 3 minutes, Total Time: 15 minutes.

Ingredients

• 2 lbs. Flank Steak

• Taco Seasoning

• 1 Cup Beef Stock

Directions

1. Season Flank Steak with Taco Seasoning.

2. Add Flank to Instant Pot.

3. Add 1 cup of Beef Stock.

4. Cook on High Pressure for 15 minutes. Rapid Release.

5. Add 1 onion and 2 Peppers (optional) increase cook time to 25 minutes.
