A delicious and healthy side dish!
Serves: 4, Prep Time: 10 minutes, Total Time: 15 minutes.
Ingredients
1 bunch asparagus
½ lb. organic mushroom
2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
2 tsp. coconut oil
2 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Place mushrooms and asparagus into a bowl.
Drizzle coconut oil.
Add garlic and rosemary.
Roast for about 15-20 minutes (until tender). Enjoy!
