A yummy low-carb breakfast!
Serves: 2, Prep Time: 5 minutes, Total Time: 15 minutes.
Ingredients
½ lb. sausage (can replace w/ bacon) nitrate-free
1 tsp. coconut oil
½ cup sliced mushrooms
½ onion (chopped)
Dash paprika
4 cups spinach
Directions
Heat skillet over medium heat.
Saute onions in coconut oil for 1-2 minutes.
Add mushrooms, sausage (or bacon) and paprika and cook until browned.
Add spinach and reduce heat to medium-low for 4-5 minutes.
