A crisp summer delight!
Serves: 4, Prep Time: 5 minutes, Total Time: 8 minutes.
Ingredients
½ watermelon
1 cucumber
1 red onion
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Scoop out watermelon into a large bowl.
Add cut cucumbers and red onion to the bowl.
Add balsamic vinegar with salt and pepper to taste. Mix ingredients together and put ingredients back into a hollowed watermelon for serving!
